Boot camp was life changing. It helped me develop a habit of working out since the program is 5 days per week. The coaches/trainers were always encouraging yet will push you to do more than you believe you can do. It’s worth the investment for your long term health and well being. Don’t let the term boot camp intimidate you. Although you workout in a group, each person is on their own personal fitness journey and the workout is tailored to your individual needs and abilities.
