1 package of Perdue 99% fat free chicken tender strips, or 2 chicken breasts cut into 3-4 strips each.
¼ cup of skim milk
6 tablespoons of Southern Style Cornbread Crumbs
1 teaspoon of garlic
½ teaspoon of paprika
2 tablespoons of low fat parmesan cheese
- Combine dry ingredients on a plate or in a shallow bowl.
- Place milk in separate bowl (large enough for chicken to be placed into).
- Preheat frying pan, coat liberally with nonstick cooking spray. Use Medium heat.
- Roll chicken strips in bread crumb mixture, shaking off excess, dip in milk, and roll again in bread crumb mixture.
- Place in frying pan.
- Cook 3-5 minutes per side or until largest one is cooked inside (should not be more than 5 min per side.
- Allow to cool

Notes:
You can add a little EVOO after you turn them the first time, if necessary. If you cover them, you shouldn’t need it unless the heat is a little high.
