Our personal training packages here at Breakthrough are for both men and women. All of our packages include our individualized group personal training system for all fitness levels, experience levels, shapes, sizes, and ages. In your group session you will meet with 10-15 other champions and be guided through a workout by one of our expert certified trainers. Each trainee will receive close personal attention just as if being trained one on one. Safety and individualization is our highest priority! Through this personal session you will work to perfect your technique, move better, and get stronger. Also included is our highly successful nutrition system, an easy to follow nutrition system which focuses on the basics of healthy eating. You’ll also be provided ongoing private coaching and counseling sessions to educate you, hold you accountable, and help you set new goals. 24 Day Challenge Nutrition Program
The 24-Day Challenge™ is an easy to follow nutrition system which focuses on the basics of healthy eating, but most importantly provides you the education, support, and accountability to make sure you are successful, which is where most programs fall short, setting you up for failure. Yoga For Beginners
A Hatha yoga based class focusing on breathing techniques, relaxation and stretching through the use of various yoga poses, as well as, the opportunity to learn to be present in each moment of your daily life. All levels welcome to join this instructor guided journey of mindfulness and awareness. Individual pace is welcomed and encouraged, as modifications will always be available for all who need to vary their practice in order to feel comfortable in their space.
