For 13 years now there is one thing that I can say with certainty, and I want you to clearly understand me when I say that nutrition is the holy grail of fitness and health success. There is nothing more important yet so many people fail to dedicate themselves to a good clean nutrition program. It has frustrated me over the years to see clients leave blood, sweat, and tears on the gym floor and because they failed to address nutrition got nothing in return.
Now I’m not talking about a diet where you are counting calories and starving yourself, Im talking about a well balanced nutrition program that you can enjoy and easily follow for life. What I’m asking you to do this year is clear out the head trash and eliminate any fear that you may have about committing yourself to a nutrition plan. You deserve to reap the benefits from the hard work you put in at the gym week in and week out, but without proper nutrition success will be near impossible.
Listen, over the years I have worked closely with many clients. I can tell you with absolute accuracy that the clients who committed themselves to nutrition ALWAYS accomplished their goals, and the clients who chose to live in fear and not commit themselves to nutrition ALWAYS failed in the end. Which path are you going to take in 2011…?
Want proof that what I say is true….? Here you go!
Jerry Nagyiski has literally changed his life losing over 70 pound as you can see here by dedicating himself to nutrition and the Punch Program.
Abby Miller last years winner of the Body Balance Challenge has re-claimed control of her life losing almost 30 pounds by committing herself to nutrition.
Todd Simpson wins the 2010 Biggest Loser accomplishing a 70 pounds weight loss in 11 weeks!! He committed himself 100% to nutrition, I know because I personally wrote his nutrition plan to win the Biggest Loser!
Jessica Marelli was the female Biggest Loser at Punch in 2010, losing over 38 pounds in 11 weeks. Again the key to her success without a doubt was nutrition!
I don’t how much clearer I can make it for you folks…your success in fitness and health will take not only commitment in the gym but also the kitchen!
We are committed to making sure every client in the Punch Gym family has the nutritional guidance they need to succeed in 2011 so we have put together the mother of all nutrition programs! I can assure you that nothing like this program has ever been done before in Dover! A tried and true nutrition program backed by years of experience called the Body Balance Challenge!
