Awesome! I wish I could continue the 5 day a week sessions indefinitely. I not only lost a few pounds and inches, but I felt better than I had in years! Try it, and I guarantee you will like it. I remember watching the class before my first session and thinking, “I could never do that”! Before you know it, you are not only doing what you thought you could never do, but exceeding your expectations.
