If you’ve never done yoga before, this is a 5 week class designed specifically to get you started on the right foot. In a small class setting of 10 people or less, each week we learn new poses step by step and and educate you along the way on why we do each pose. This is a perfect time to work around any injuries, or limitation you might have that may need modifications.

Flow Yoga is for every body! Flow Yoga connects the mind, body and breathe. In this class we will practice a well rounded series of poses, focusing on safety and alignment. Flowing from pose to pose adds cardiovascular benefits. Maintaining a steady, rhythmic pace using the breathe helps reduce stress and anxiety, and promotes weight loss. Consistent yoga flow practice can increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility. You can do this!
